Shambhu Consultant predominantly deals in taxation, corporate and legal compliances. It also caters service matters of both individual and corporate clients at all levels of arbitration and litigation. We extend advisory services, liaising on behalf of the client, preparation of pleadings, documentation, file submission and appearance on behalf of our clients before numerous dispute resolution forums like Income Tax Tribunal, GST Tribunal, DRT, ROC, Consumer Forum and State Forums/Tribunals etc. We are committed to extend high quality services to meet client’s satisfaction with complete efficiency under the defined timelines. We are currently assisting both private and public sector organizations in corporate litigation. Additionally, we are also dealing in Intellectual Property Cases, Liquidation Matters and other Government Sectors Proceedings.
Our area of expertise and service delivery revolves around taxation, GST compliances and appeals, food license (FASSAI), Pollution control board registration, transporter registration/ e-way registration, Shops and Establishment Registration, Corporate documentation for non-individual categories, NGO/Trust/Society formation, audit and compliance of financial reports, MSME registration, TDS filing and strategizing for small and medium enterprises. We also deal in corroboration and coordination between Police Department and prosecuting agencies. We work closely with police to resolve conflicts and handle grievance closely. This includes extending services like quashing of criminal proceedings, FIR, follow-up and closure. Our forte is company litigation, drafting of legal notice, will formation, power of attorney formation, and mutation of property, Negotiable Instrument’s Act cases, EWS / Income & Domicile Certificate, Grievance Management and various other laws related to company litigation.
Amman is a management graduate in finance. Hold a CA- Intermediate and LLB degree in taxation. He has over 8 years of experience in dealing with taxation and corporate matters. He has completed 3 years of article ship training under a renowned CA of Kanpur (Late Rajendra Kumar Gupta) in firm “Rajendra-Neeti and Associates. Thereafter, he has worked as Audit Assistant and took a role of office administrator to manage end to end taxation and internal and external audit assignments for about 2 years in renowned firms like “MGRG & Company” and “M/S Shrestha Gupta and Associates”. Some of his revered projects include District Social Welfare Office, Kanpur, DHFL, Kanpur Edibles Pvt Ltd., Varivar Plast Product Pvt. Ltd., Dhupar Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Kanpur Army Canteens, etc. Amman single handedly started “Shambhu Consultant” three years back and within a short span, has developed a strong clientele of around 500+ customers, inclusive of individuals, firms, and government entities. The endeavor is to provide end to end legal, taxation, advisory and corporate compliances under one roof.

Our area of expertise and service delivery revolves around legal drafting, contract drafting, contract disputes, consumer disputes, commercial disputes, client management, legal advisory, company affairs, commercial legal services, recovery of debt/loans, intellectual property matters, court litigation and arbitration. Akash holds 6 years of experience into litigation and was previously associated with some of the revered chambers like Kamendu Joshi and Associates, Nankani and Associates and Senior Advocate Pravin H. Parekh. Akash has done internships for some of the reputed corporate houses like Tata Motors Limited, Green Infra Limited, National Human Rights Commission and Global Legal Associates. Akash holds a degree in ‘B.A., LL.B.’ and one year ‘Diploma in Corporate law’ from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, New Law College, Pune. Akash has won various moot court competitions during his academic stint. He has also attended many seminars on Civil Right Protection, Courts and Social Change, Public Records Act Litigation, Effective Negotiation and Pleading skills, Protection orders and the Legal Process.
